Contactless Travel Safety Protocols

Your comfort and safety are paramount to Icona Global. The safety and wellbeing of all our clients and colleagues is Icona Global’s main priority and at the centre of all our protocols. During the current pandemic we’re taking additional measures to ensure your safety and have introduced “Contactless Travel” safety protocols

All Icona Global clients and colleagues are requested to adhere to the following listed “Contactless Travel” safety protocols when travelling with us

  • 1) Please wash your hands before and after each journey.
  • 2) You should wear a facial mask inside the vehicle and also when entering or exiting. (All Icona Global chauffeurs will be wearing facial masks)
  • 3) No handshaking please. Maintain 2m social distancing outside the vehicle.
  • 4) Please use the free hand sanitiser.
  • 5) Please use the free tissues.
  • 6) Your chauffeur will offer to sanitise your luggage.
  • 7) Your chauffeur will keep your windows slightly open to help airflow through the vehicle as good ventilation can help reduce airborne transmission.
  • 8) Your chauffeur will set the air-conditioning to extract, never to recirculate.
  • 9) Please try to avoid touching the vehicle interior and exterior.
  • 10) Please avoid touching the vehicle door handles. Your chauffeur will open and close the near-side rear passenger door for you.
  • 11) Please avoid usng the electric windows. Your chauffeur will be happy to oblige if you need them opened or closed.
  • 12) Please sit in the near-side rear passenger seat, which is diagonally opposite to the driver's seat, to ensure the maximum distance between you and your chauffeur.
  • 13) You will be sent your chauffeurs temperature before collection. You can request that your chauffeur be tested for Covid-19.
  • 14) Please listen to your chauffeurs safety adviceas all our staff are trained to keep you safe by maintaining social distancing wherever possible.
