Icona Global has operated as a luxury transportation service since 2005. Then known as Pan American Chauffeurs, the company was set up to serve the elite clientele that struggled to find a service that specifically catered to their high-end needs. Six months after forming the company, the CEO of a large corporate organisation who regularly used our chauffeur services, recognised us as the best ground travel provider that he had experienced. Thus, we landed our first major corporate contract. In the years that followed, Pan American Chauffeurs perfected the rigorous chauffeur training programmes that became the hallmark of our business and set us apart from other chauffeur companies. As a result of increased demand, we expanded our fleet of speciality vehicles and added Concierge, Personal Security, Private Jet Charter and other Luxury services.
We decided in 2011 that we would rebrand the company to Icona Global. This gave us further reach with chauffeurs, partners and clients around the world. We grew our network, offering nationwide and international services to our loyal customers, and became a one stop shop for ground transportation requirements of corporate and luxury travellers around the world. The time difference and language barriers meant
that clients could contact one company and we would take care of all of their travel at any time, making it seamless for them.
